Your onboarding journey

From your very first day, we want you to feel part of the ISAAC family. You’ll tour the office and meet your co-workers. One of them will be your assigned “godparent” who’ll be there for you with any questions or concerns you may have. You’ll also be invited to lunch with our executive team and get to know them.

At ISAAC, you’ll sit with your team lead every quarter to discuss your short-term and long-term career goals, and jointly agree on responsibilities that support the development of skills that matter to you.

Ongoing training

We are constantly evolving, and want to share our know-how. Do you have a skill or a hobby you would like to present to fellow co-workers? We have regular lunch-and-learn sessions where you can share your passion with colleagues, or learn what they’re passionate about.
